HISTORICAL CALENDAR AD 1-2700

The Historical Calendar by Prof. Bernd Kratz provides full information and conversions among Gregorian, Julian, Roman, Jewish, Muslim, Alexandrian/Coptic, French Republic, Icelandic calendars generally between AD 1-2700 and focally between AD 550-1970.

Installation Guide
In order to use the Historical Calendar you need the freeware HC (Historical Calendar) program as well as the freeware DOSBox emulator for modern 32-bit and 64-bit MS Windows operating systems (Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10 and above).
If you use a 16-bit or lower MS Windows operating system (Windows XP, Me, 98, 3.1) or just DOS then follow steps 4-8 below only.

1. Download the freeware DOSBox emulator (For Windows, Mac etc operating systems) from http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1
2. Install the DOSBox emulator
3. Create a link to the installed DOSBox Emulator on your desktop
4. Download the freeware Historical_Calendar.zip file
5. Unzip the "Historical_Calendar.zip" file on your desktop
6. The "Hist_cal" folder will be created on your desktop
7. Locate the file "HC.exe" or just HC within "Hist_cal" folder and drag and drop it on the DOSBox emulator desktop link that you created after you installed the DOSBox Emulator
8. Use the Historical Calendar
